ARRA FACELIFT

This renovation project transforms the event hall’s exterior through a rhythmic, modern “facelift” that breathes new life into a simple rectangular volume. By introducing a series of staggered, multi-height arches across the long white facade, the design creates a dynamic play of light and shadow while establishing a sense of classical elegance with a contemporary twist. The central entrance is anchored by a prominent black mesh pavilion and a grand red-carpeted staircase, which serves as a sophisticated focal point against the backdrop of warm red brickwork and lush integrated greenery. This architectural intervention successfully balances the building’s original scale with intricate new details, resulting in a prestigious and welcoming atmosphere suitable for high-end events.
