This facility is a specialized poultry processing plant primarily designed for the slaughter and preparation of broilers for the market. To optimize industrial workflow, the building features a variable-height design, including a central two-story section measuring that integrates production, administration, and technical support. The ground floor is dedicated to core operations, housing cold storage, cutting and primary/secondary packaging areas, MDM and tumbling rooms, a blast freezer, and specialized zones for crate washing and auxiliary supplies. The upper level ensures high standards of hygiene and oversight by accommodating “clean zone” changing rooms, a staff canteen, a laboratory, and dedicated offices for veterinarians and technologists.
